The rules for using the Upskill Now website and enrolling in our online and classroom courses — written in plain language.

Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to Upskill Now, operated by Now Upskill Education ("Upskill Now", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.upskillnow.in (the "Site") and all courses, classes, counselling sessions, materials and related services we provide online and offline (the "Services").

By accessing the Site, submitting an enquiry or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
  • Information you provide during enquiry or enrolment must be accurate and complete.
  • If you receive login credentials (for recordings, study material or community groups) you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account. Credentials must not be shared.

Courses, Batches & Schedules

  • Course content, duration, schedule, mode (online or classroom) and batch start dates are described on each course page and in your enrolment communication.
  • We may reschedule a class, merge or split batches, change a trainer or update the curriculum to keep it current, and will inform enrolled learners in advance wherever possible.
  • Batch dates, early-bird offers and seat counts shown on the Site are indicative and subject to availability.
  • Recorded sessions, where offered, are for your personal revision only.

Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Fees are as displayed on the Site or quoted in writing at enrolment. Taxes (including GST) apply as per law unless stated as inclusive.
  • EMI or instalment plans, where offered, must be paid on schedule. Access to classes, material or certificates may be paused if payments are overdue.
  • Refund, transfer and batch-change eligibility is as stated in your fee receipt or enrolment agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once your batch has started.
  • Third-party exam fees (for example the official DELF examination fee) are not included in course fees and are payable directly to the examining body.

Internships, Certification & Placement Assistance

  • A course completion certificate is issued on meeting the attendance, assignment and assessment requirements of your program.
  • Placement assistance includes resume and portfolio support, LinkedIn optimisation, mock interviews, job alerts and introductions to hiring partners. It is support towards employment and not a guarantee of a job, salary or specific employer.
  • Eligibility for placement assistance requires completing the program, its projects and assessments, maintaining regular attendance, and actively participating in the placement process.
  • Success stories, placement rates and salary outcomes shown on the Site reflect individual results; your results depend on your effort, skills and market conditions.

Learner Conduct & Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any law or third-party right, or use the Site or Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • record, copy, resell, share or publicly post live classes, recordings or study material without written permission;
  • harass, abuse or disrupt trainers, staff or other learners, in class or in community groups;
  • interfere with the Site, upload malware, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We may suspend or remove a learner from a batch, without refund, for serious or repeated breach of these rules.

Intellectual Property

The Site, course curriculum, recordings, presentations, study material, logos and trademarks (including "Upskill Now" and "UPSkill NOW") are owned by or licensed to Now Upskill Education and are protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Services for your own learning. Projects you create during a course remain yours; you allow us to showcase non-confidential student work with credit, unless you ask us not to.

Third-Party Tools & Links

Courses use third-party platforms and AI tools (for example Google, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic and others). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and pricing. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upskill Now is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the course fee you paid for the Service concerned.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections on fees, intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concern amicably. Subject to that, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
